I always like stationeries. I prefer their simplicity to the finery of paint. They give me a sense of intimacy. Throughout these years, I sadly notice that their fates are nothing but deterioration and consumption. I created artworks out of their sacrifices. So I want to tell their stories: A correction pen exists because of mistakes which exhaust its own life, a pencil losing its skin in order to draw, a stamp in search of its perfect match, a marker pen yelling for death, a disable ruler… My re-telling is pale; I only provide a set of corpses.

I used three beautiful pencils to record their own beauty with their whole life.
